Why does the PS4 no longer recognize the IP address via LAN cable?

I have had the problem for a few days that my PS4 can no longer be connected to the Internet via my LAN cable. The PS4 recognizes the LAN cable, but can't retrieve the IP address. I changed the cable, restarted the console and the router (the error message CE-33984-7 is displayed). But to no avail. However, if I set up WLAN, the IP address is displayed directly and everything works. The only problem is that my internet is not particularly good and constant and I therefore need the LAN cable.

Well, the easiest is to connect a pc to the lan cable and see if it gets an address. It's easy with the ipconfig command.

If this is the case, the cable and the connection to the local router are OK.

Allow me to ask the heretic: Has a parent blocked your MAC address because you gamble too much? That would also be an option.

Rebooting the router could also help.
