GTA Casino Heist - Buyer Change?

How can you change the buyer on the final board of the GTA online casino heist? I know that closer buyers bring less money than farther away buyers, but it doesn't save my entry when I change the buyer. Whenever I go from "Near" to "Middle" or "Far" and click X (PS4) nothing happens and it jumps back to "Near".

Why is that? Do I have to do something different?

I think you have to start the mission first so where you can invite people and then you can change the buyer and everything else too

This is because you are still in free mode, so to speak. You have to start the heist first, invite the people with whom you want to shoot the thing, and then you can make the final adjustments (e.g. Hire buyers).

Tip: DO NOT buy shooter decoys or these escape vehicles. Is unnecessary waste of money, you don't need it.
