I ordered FIFA 20 on Amazon this week. Should come yesterday, but did not come. Got a promotional code for Ps4, I redeemed it and came nothing. So I went to PlaystationStore and searched for FIFA 20. Unfortunately, then my Playstation has not done anything more, not even quick menu. Did you then off and on. I entered the code again and there he was redeemed.
Why would that come yesterday, and got a code?

The promo content will probably not appear until you have the game (assumption from me, no experience with PSN).

At Fifa these are mostly FIFA Ultimate (FUT) packs.
