Button combination Minecraft Ps4 (creative mode)?

I have a question for you, do you know how the key combination works on the Playstation 4 where you aim / look with your cursor on a certain block in creative mode and then press the key combination and get copied to the block in your hotbar? The funny thing is on the console (Ps4) it works like on the PC. I've seen YouTube videos once but no one explains it strangely, that's why I'm asking you this question on this platform. Would be cool if you had an answer to that.

There's no button there, but you can reverse the polarity, so to speak

It works like this:

Go to the settings vob minecraft select controller then you go down to select block and put a button on it I took L3.
