What did you do to regain your health?

I'm just about to collapse and have my appointment Friday with a therapist.

It helps a lot to sleep, listen to music, room fragrance oil and my ps4 … Inliner driving. Cook. Healthy diet, playing guitar, just now I feel completely burned out, then there are days because I want to be burned full only sleep, just now I laugh again and I find to my humor and start to love myself again.

I think your ideas are very good. Going out also helps a lot! Go for a walk in nature. Sport then you can let out his frustration zb. I think the therapist will certainly help you further and give you tips.

Thank you for your compliment.

Sport I wanted to hang first on the nail had long tried to run away from my problems with sports ". Except inliner that's really fun like dodgeball and zombie balling at school… That has an intensity.

I really hope that it will help, just important is the feel-good factor.

That'll be fine! Just believe that you will feel better. You are not alone with this problem in the world

It always depends on how much energy you still have. Basically, exercise is very conducive to recovery. It should be seen that it is not only a walk, but the body is also a bit demanding. Many sufferers go to fitness or jogging. At the same time, one should also do something good for the body. Spa is something or just go to a spa and have a nice time in the warm water. Take your time and listen to your body. The most important, however, is the therapy. Maybe she will also suggest you a group therapy. It helps many sufferers, because then you can exchange your own experiences and suffering with others. Also, do not be alarmed if you hear that the whole thing can take several months. It takes time and you are not cured when you feel better the first time.

I was close to burnout 2 years ago. My company has been sold - workload has doubled from already 200% to 400% per person.

I did not want to let my customers hang out so just join in. By and by, people are down because of illness and suddenly you just do the job of 4-5 people. That went well for a couple of montages and then it was nearly over.

Sports / Gaming etc. Everything just Ablekung. You have to develop a healthy attitude towards what you are doing. And yes, as ardently as this may sound - self-protection is in front of employer interests / club interests and who else may come there.

I just started doing the tasks that I thought was important at 100% in my 8-10 hours. Everything I did not manage to do much back up and will be done tomorrow. That was in the end so much that my company has lost about 400,000 euro. My supervisor was really pissig but could not help me because I did my core work.

At some point, the Erkentniss came to the boss that you need more staff or invest in modern technology so the work faster / more efficient.

After a while my energy level calmed down. I used my spare time to do things where I just felt like it. Learning Sports / Language / Gaming / Reading has suddenly been fun again.

During the overload I had even on things that I really just do not feel like. And that's where the trap lies.

Had tried to join a group that was the first phone call completely backwards, the woman yelled at me partly on the phone, where the number would have… XD wow there was my hand directly to the auflegeschalter.

But somebody did not understand his job correctly. Do not be intimidated by something like that. External help is enormously important to you. Talk to your therapist and try to trust her. If you can't build trust in the first few sessions, talk to them and maybe find a new contact person. You will not just have to go there a few times. Healing Burnout takes months, sometimes years. This should not frustrate or intimidate you. Days will come when you will feel a little better and stronger. Over time, these days will occur more often, but there will also be setbacks. This too is quite normal. Just keep your courage!
