Burn PS4 Games to Blu-ray?

Download PS4 Games from the PS Store and copy it to PC, and then burn the game onto it with a blue-ray blank, does it work? Because games in store only belong to you for as long as it is available. Even if you paid for it, and not all games are available in stores, or the delivery takes too long. What do you all mean? (I have never used the store), but I know that the games I bought there are still on the "site".
