Moin, I wanted to play Fortnite on my ps4 for a long time, which worked without any problems, but then I was logged out for no reason, then I logged in again and after a few minutes I was logged out again.
Then I noticed that my skins and camouflages have changed and this random setting is over for me.
Then I was banned from epic games because several others tried to log into my account, all well and good is also a security measure, but now I can't get the account back.
They want me to give me an invoice for my oldest or first purchase of v Bucks or other as proof that the account belongs to me.
But since my emails delete themselves after a while, I don't have any invoices or receipts for any purchases related to epic games, I then have a screenshot of a transaction where I bought v bucks via my ps4 account, but these can't apply to let.
They tell me now that it only works if I have a bill. I already called the psn support 2 times and said that they are not allowed to issue invoices.
This account means a lot to me because it's over 200 euro and because I've had it since Fortnite has been out.
