I'm currently saving up for a Playstation and am currently selling stuff that is just gathering dust.
Years ago I bought this old camera at a flea market, not to use it but to display it for decoration.
It's a Polaroid Colorpack 80, there are also 2 flash cubes and the camera bag (I don't know whether it's real or synthetic leather, is that important?)
I read on the internet that the camera can be modified so that it works with today's film.
No idea what I paid for the camera around 5-10 euro?
Can I sell them for ten, maybe more? Does the camera have any value at all? According to Google, the year of construction is 1969-1971
Should I keep it because it looks pretty and doesn't work anyway?
(Btw the bag and camera have no real signs of use, are just dusty)
10 euro do you still have all the cups in the cupboard? Dan keep the dear ones, I can't tell you how much the value is, but I'm sure there are people out there who want things like that and maybe even pay 1k euro, I think I would just put them on ebay for fun Starting price 200 euro, maybe you're lucky and someone offers it
Haha I don't know if my social anxiety shows through, that I'm scared to ask for money for something
Couldn't I get into trouble because of fraud or can I really charge a high price for something even if it's not worth that much because it's a private sale?
That's legal why should the net go, even if the camera is only worth 1 euro and someone gives you 20k euro for it, it would be legal, in any case, would put it in on ebay, in no case sell it somewhere in a junk shop, because that's just rip off!
Just because it's old doesn't mean it's expensive. It's worth a maximum of 5 euro.
I wouldn't bother
Nevertheless it is extremely rare, and there are people who would pay more than 5 euro for it, I'm sure!
Ok, thanks for the help, I'll give it a try.
Will update here what I got when I get them sold, if interested haha
Not worth selling. This one didn't even manage to sell 3 similar ones for 13 euro.

It is worth a maximum of 5 euro.
No, it is not extremely rare, complete nonsense.
Often there's it, it's a mass-produced part, you can't get rid of it.
Back then it was simply one of the cheapest color polaroids on the market
Ok, I guess I'll put them on classifieds or in for n 20s or so on good luck and otherwise I'll keep them.
Hi, Polaroids were back in Berlin a few years ago, there's / was even a rental shop. Some were sold at high prices in the store.
I don't know how that's current. I bought some other models for 1 euro on Ebay, then gave them away.
You can set the region on Ebay classifieds. But they lock you if you keep changing regions, so be careful. Maybe pay attention to search ads?
5 euro bring you closer to your goal.
Hi
Put it on auction platforms from 1 euro and be happy if someone buys it at all. The most expensive is the bag and the lightning cube in the original packaging that attracts collectors. They also take the camera with them,
Even better would be the instructions, OVP, guarantee certificate, proof of purchase then it could be estimated at 50 euro before Easter or Christmas.
With good pictures and nice article description there's more than buying impulse from collectors, the professionals offer a maximum of 2.08 euro plus shipping, which calculates that he can sell the flash cube and bag separately (5 euro and 10 euro) and sells the camera the flea market there they always bring more than on platforms.
The problem is because the platforms sit on the "greed is cool" guys.
The camera is available in millions that survived the end of the 80s pack film in the 90s. One then switched to Fuji Pack FP https://www.lomography.de/magazine/281168-zurck-von-den-toten-hacke-deine-serie-80-polaroid-um-mit-fuji-fp-film-zu-funktionieren and Fujipack was discontinued around 2016 although the Erre sold well but the production is not environmentally friendly (http://www.google.com/search?q=Cadmiumverbot, "http://www.google.com/search?q=chrom+sechswertig, http://www.google.com/...bot+ROHS,)
There are many pack filmmakers who hope for the https://www.klassische-kameras.de/der-instant-packfilm-sofortbild-trennbild-ist-zurueck/ or the Fuji simply packs Instax Wide Material in packing film FP (that would be an even greater miracle that would prove that there are still people in the executive suite who take care of the current wishes and needs of customers )
The core problem is that Fuji FP was a professional material with extremely high constancy / reliability (print proof material). Instax is just a cheap snap film
Wow, thanks for the very extensive answer
Hi
Take your time selling, first of all with beautiful pictures on classifieds and app-based exchanges. The bag and the lightning dice must be presented in a "tasty" way, but also discreetly like guzzeles. Don't "clean up" Patina is more appealing or many collectors want to kiss Sleeping Beauty themselves awake and already have the large pack of Q-Tips ready.
Make a http://www.google.com/...=Hohlkehle out of white cardboard and wait for clouds of medium depth that results in diffuse light (my master said about it; because divine light shaper without electricity bill)
"Loving" product images give things "value" or an industry worth billions lives from
I really didn't think it would make a difference, thank you!
Hi
you never know beforehand unless you are selling identical products using different techniques in parallel. Many sales professionals make such test sales
The crux of the matter is most people get a purchase impulse in 0.1 second with the brain stem before the cerebrum even gets going and thinks about it that you don't need it.
The flea market principle
If something is "tasty", the impulse to buy beats through the ratio (see small children in Quengelgasse) and
https://de.wikipedia.org/...pontankauf the "hunt and prey" synapses which only want to have a successful hunt. Cost what it may the stag has to be killed, the trophy must be hung on the wall. Then you sit in front of it, drink a liqueur and / or smoke a pipe and you can get the feeling of having done something "really good" (success) again or as often as you want.
Salesperson is an apprenticeship (1.5-2 years) where something like that is used, but the essence of selling can be explained in a few minutes and there are also talented salespeople and purchasing talent
So this is old plastic waste in a badly neglected condition.
There are still thousands of them in good condition.
At best, you can scrap this to someone without a clue
(these people are called messies!) for something like 5-10 euro.
People who are not familiar with sales = messies
All right.
People who buy and hoard rubbish = messies
I don't know how you like about I buy a camera that I like, I buy in bulk and listen to my whole apartment.
Bought the camera at a flea market because I liked it as a decoration, am I a Messi?
