I recently started streaming on Twitch with cam link and the Nikon d3300.
I'm also relatively satisfied with the camera, but when the conditions are darker and I'm only lit by the camera, the quality of the camera is really bad.
Then I have such a noise in the picture as if it were a 5 euro webcam. Are there any settings that I have to change to get a better picture?
Yes, because the picture is brightened digitally. You'd need a more light-sensitive lens to prevent that - or stronger lighting.
What did you set Automatic or manual?
I've tried both times but without any apparent success
Can I comfort you, it was no different with my Canon. Great pictures during the day but under all cannon in the evening. Do I have to agree with the previous speaker? Better lens or extra light.
I'm not familiar with lenses, what exactly do I have to pay attention to in order to get a better picture without this noise?
It is really easy. The aperture value (light intensity) is written on the lenses. E.g. F / 3.5 or F / 3.5 or F 3.5 or 1: 3.5 or 1 / 3.5. Everything that is smaller behind the F / f / 1: / 1 / is the stronger the lens.
You want to know with which ISO number, which aperture and which shutter speed you take the picture. Lightning or not.
The first suspect for noise is the ISO number that is too high.
Difficult to say. I tried around from 600 to 1200, but 800 was bad. I'm satisfied with 600. The shutter speed has to be short in contrast to what others say (my personal opinion). 1/40. My camera has no built-in flash. The flash is a synchronized substructure.
