The following situation: I updated my PS4 last Thursday, April 16, 2020 (7.50). Last Friday evening I wanted to go online and play some Battlefront 2. Error message! Can't connect to server. PS Store also no longer works! PSN account can no longer connect via my internet!
For nothing and for no reason I can no longer connect to my PSN account!
The following error messages:
NP-40831-6 and NW-31297-2
Any tips?
(I can still access my PSN online account via my mobile phone, which does not use the home internet. I can also make a hotspot and connect my PS4 to my PSN account, but this is simply not a permanent solution!)
Is really frustrating in the current situation: /
I don't know the error code, but I'm just guessing that you might have been banned for something.
Unless you have no idea what you might have done.
I checked the error codes.
The left works like nothing and the right there was something like internet connection not possible.
I had that before too, I was accidentally banned you probably also with me it just helped to turn the router off for 1 to 2 hours and then on again everything worked again
Well I only play Battlefront 2 and Steep on my PS4 Online so I didn't offend anyone or anything. I would have no idea what they should banish me for
Did you just turn it off? I switched it off for 15 minutes before (no cables pulled or something) but unfortunately it didn't work: /
Or make a new psn account to see if it's because of it.
Sry for the late answer but yes I just turned it off and left it out for about 2 hours
