I wanted to know if there's a modd menu for GTA-Online on the ps4 for moneydrop etc

No there's no modmenu for the GTA Online but probably for offline. (Ps4)

I haven't seen anything on PS4 yet.

But there are some on PC and that without any effort.

There are few PS4s, most of them are private or extremely expensive. There was FlyDown on the PC a few weeks ago but I think that's jz Detected.
