Hi, a colleague and I have pre-ordered a game in Psn Store, which will appear in a few days. The game was pre-ordered in my account and I share the account with him. Since today you can download the game, it ran smoothly with me as well as with him. After the download I got a countdown, as soon as I wanted to start the game HE, however, has a lock next to the game and gets the message:
The content can't be used. To buy the content, buy it in the PSN store.
This came despite the fact that the account where the game (preorder) is on is activated on its PS4 as primary.
