I pre-ordered a game for the PS4 from Amazon that was released yesterday, but I still haven't received a code for the pre-order bonuses.
Customer service can't help me. They think they have no codes…
This is the first time I have pre-ordered from Amazon and I'm not sure whether I can expect anything else.

In Ps4 games, the codes are usually in the case of the game. Look through the toilet paper on the inside left. Maybe it's there.
