I bought a used ps3 today and now I want to play online. However, I have the problem that as soon as I want to register my PSN ACC this sentence appears: "You can't register with the registration ID (email address) of another user". And now I don't know how I can do it without having to play on the previous owner's ACC.
You have to create a new user, on which users on which an account has already been created, you can't register.
Reset the console to factory settings. You should then be able to set everything as you wish when starting the console and be able to create an account without any problems.
I always reset my consoles, which I have given away / passed on so far, to the factory setting so that the successor does not get any such problems.
