Try R from it will at least always reload in other games, so go to the crossbow and press R while you have arrows in your inventory
Look in the settings for the key assignment. Actually has every game that MnK supports on Ps4. If not, try R, the most common key for reloading.
What some may have misunderstood:
It's not about reloading, but about changing the ammunition. There's no key assignment in the settings.
There's no button for changing the ammunition. You have to drag the ammunition in your inventory to the appropriate weapon at the bottom of the slot.
I figured it out yesterday. You need to drag it and then move your mouse fast over your inventory then it shows the icon of what you draging.
