Since I have my new RAZER Kraken headset my USB mouse keeps hanging up. That doesn't happen regularly, but about twice an hour (but never when I'm playing a game, only when I'm on my desktop or on YouTube, etc.). The mouse continues to light up, however I can no longer move the mouse pointer.
Only when I unplug the mouse again and reconnect it will work again.
It can't be on my USB port either, because I have now repositioned the mouse 4 times.
In addition, my XBOX controller is no longer recognized when I have connected my mouse. The controller only works when the mouse is no longer connected to my PC.
The mouse is any 20 Euro mouse from Amazon

My personal opinion is not objective… I like Logitech mice and keyboards; the latest solutions are great and well thought out. I was thrilled with your statement USB mouse, but I assume that this can also be done by cable. The nine wireless with Unifying transmitters are great.
All I can do is give you a new set for Christmas. The Logitech Master Mouse is more expensive than 20 euro, but unbeatable…
