About a year ago I got GTA on the PC with epicgames, but couldn't do anything with it because I play GTA on the ps4. Now I have found fiveM Server on many Discord servers. Now my question is: Could I be banned? If so, my entire IP could be banned so that I can't play on the ps4. Even if I use a different account. And is this program safe?

After years of legal dispute with Take2, FiveM is now a "tolerated" modification of GTA V. That is, Rockstar / Take2 does not want to and will not have anything to do with it and neither gives nor will they support it. But have now openly set the "fire" on it and recognized that GTA V only survives thanks to such mods.
Nevertheless, it does not matter whether you play on servers via FiveM or not, because such multiplayer mods have the property of not passing any data on to R * / Take2 because they use their own mechanics.
In particular, there has been no link between PC and console at R * since 2016, so R * does not really care what you do on the PC, even if you are banned from GTA V in online mode, it will not burden your account on the console.
You can even play FiveM with a banned account, as FiveM can only control whether the SocialClub account even exists and whether it owns GTA V.
