Question to the PS4 gamers about collecting trophies?

I'm a PS4 gambler and when I start a game I may end up with all the trophies, which can take several hundred hours depending on the game. I'm currently playing Batman Arkam Knight and I'm simply not earning a Bronze Trophy, which means that no platinum is unlocked. It annoys me a lot and I'm frustrated that I can't (yet) complete this game. Which gambler is annoyed when a trophy can't be earned?

"Buggy trophies" are quite common. Sometimes the problem is easy to solve, sometimes difficult or not at all.
