Can you use CP points (BO4) on the PC, on the PS4?

I bought the prepaid card from BO4, but it contains too long a code to cash in to PSN. So I have him as described on the card, redeemed on the PC through my Battle.net account and despite connection, no CP included on the PS4. Did this still happen, or did I get it for the PC version?

It's not a crossplay so it only works on the pc.
