My half-brother got a Ps4 and Minecraft, but if he starts Minecraft on the main user, he can only play alone without a second player being able to log in / play. But if you play Minecraft on the mother / father's user, you can then 2. Play. Unfortunately, I don't know why that could be that you can only play alone on the main user.

I think you can restrict child protection options on PS4 online, maybe your parents did.

That should be in the settings on account management, you would have to look around. I don't have my PS4 at hand, otherwise I could tell you more about it.
