Fortnite Account Merge PC on PS4?

My former ps4 account I have with the PC (Epic account) linked (I come into the account only about Epic Games or only on the PC) … By mistake, I had lost the access and have created a new account (on the PS4, also linked to an Epic account) …

Now, by accident, I got back into my former account and all the things were there…

Now my question: Is it possible, through the Merge system, to transfer the items from the former account to my new PS4 account?

No, it's just ps4-xbox one and xbox one-ps4

So there's no possibility to transfer the items from the old account (S2, S3+ S4) to the new one?
