Mortal Kombat scammed me?

I don't really know if they scammed me, but today I wanted to get a character package in Mortal Kombat for 10 euro that contains 4 characters (Jason, Predator, Tanya and Tremor) I got a 20 euro credit card for it I got it now and went back into the game but still have no access to these characters when I go back to the store it says that I bought it.

It also says "Download" but when I click on it I come to the Playstation store and it says no content was found.

So my 10 euro are gone now but I got nothing

I hope somebody can help me

It says that the Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack should not be bought if you already have the XL package.

Do you have the XL version? Then you would have the package twice

Possibly this is such a package as a pre-order and as soon as the characters are officially available, you will have them

I own the xl version but you have to buy the characters anyway. Xl only brings you that you have the opportunity to buy it at all.

The characters have been around for several years

So now I've just wasted 10 euro without getting anything in return

If those are currently not available, you won't find them yet.

I don't know if you have the mentioned XL package, if so, I guess you wasted 10 euro. If not, I can imagine that you have pre-ordered the characters now and that they will be available soon
