Sony writes that I should have changed my password?

The email shown below is supposedly from Sony. I'm supposed to have changed my password, which is not the case. I then logged out on my PlayStation and logged in again with the password that was not changed so everything is the same. Is this a fraudulent email or is it just a bug at Sony because nothing has been changed, how should I best behave?

but you should change your passwords on the official website to be on the safe side.
