I have recently sold my ps4 on eBay classifieds. Now the buyer complains that the controller is damaged (had at most use traces of what I think is justifiable in a used device) and he also complains that the console seems to crash constantly. For me, the device was still running smoothly and without a problem. Do I have to take the ps4 back? Which rights do I have?

Have you effectively excluded the warranty?

Does the buyer have the thing as provided on eBay classified ads personally picked up and paid in cash?
Or did you send it, after he possibly also paid by PayPal?
