When I open the application on the PS4 all my playlists are displayed and also my account but if I hold down the PS4 button in the quick menu and go to music any Spanish playlists are displayed that are not mine.
I have already changed my password, logged out everywhere and reset everything what can I do?
Press and hold Ps4 home button then adjust and then there should be music or something if you have installed it
No music and so is shown in the small menu but other playlists than the one I have saved
Go to spotify and see if everything is correct or something
Everything fits on mobile phones and in applications
For me, all playlists are displayed normally, so it can't be due to an update. I would write an email to the ps4 support, maybe they can help you or the Spotify support. Otherwise you can also simply connect your smartphone to the ps4 and then select your playlist there, that would not be so cumbersome.
Ok that is while i was listening to music i find it very strange
See if the ps4 has a new update and if not then restart it completely so turn it off and don't reset
Have now downloaded spotify again on ps4 but the error is still there
