When I'm on Hive server in minecraft on ps4 or in other servers and I write a message nobody can see it. Why is that?

I'll give you an answer before you respond to my request. You have to link Minecraft with a Microsoft account. If you are a minor then you have many restrictions and also if you have made incorrect account settings.
