Not coming in Minecraft server Ps4?

I'm on Minecraft on the Ps4, I wanted to join the Mineplex and the hive servers but then it says, sorry, we couldn't validate your login '' I'm also logged into Microsoft and have already restarted it and I can do something like that On the other hand? At mineplex there's RakDisconnect

Hey you just have to disconnect your microsoft acc (minecraft settings, profile, log out) and log in again with your acc
