Playstation 4 beeps 3 times quickly when switched on?

My Playstation 4 sometimes beeps 3 times quickly when switched on but does not turn off. With the Blue Light of Death the beeping is a little slower but I didn't… So it only beeps 3 times quickly when switched on and then I can use it normally.

Yes, I'm not pulling it off…

I have that if I don't switch off the ps4 but pull the plug. Then the thing howls around when it is switched on and an error message appears.
