RDR2 jerks in cities?

I have had problems with rdr2 for a long time. Every time I ride into a city my game has more or less "dropouts" for a short time, it runs smoothly and then it jerks again and then it repeats itself again. When I ride out of town again, everything will run smoothly again. Can someone help me there? (Ps4 1TB)

It's because of the PS4, you can't do anything as long as you can't change the settings
