Can a 50hz TV reach 60Hz for gaming?

I have a 43 inch 4k TV that seems to have 50Hz. Could I then if I z. B use a PS5, get 60 Hz and also play in 60 fps? I once read that the TV set the 50Hz from the manufacturer, all switch over to 60Hz when using a console.

The 50Hz for TV always refer to the TV program. There are either 60Hz or 120Hz TVs.

It is said that most televisions can handle 60Hz because, unlike in analog times, televisions are no longer produced specifically for the European market, but the same devices are also used in America with little adaptation.

Europe always had 50Hz for television (or 2x25 fields)

and

America 60Hz (or 2x30 fields)

In the case of digital, however, this is almost irrelevant, which is why televisions can now use almost all 60Hz. Only a few exotic or very old devices may have a limitation to 50Hz.

Therefore I don't see any problem with you, especially not if it should be a 4k TV.
