My ps4 is humming very loud and getting hot quickly?

It gets hot after 10 minutes and is also very loud. Why then, what can you do? Already use a large fan but it is still hot, not like it was before but still does not want to use such a large one all the time

Sounds like a loud fan. Either you have to dedust or screw on your PS4
