Ps4 Slim gets very warm / hot on the top right?

I bought the Ps4 Slim from a cumpel a few days ago. Ps4 is running well and is still running well but now there's a problem.

I noticed that, no matter what I do the Ps4 is very warm in the top right and down right (directly on the power cable) is almost hot.

My PlayStation is not loud, has enough room, has been cleaned and is spinning fast and not slow.

I know that the silver thing in the back is airing on the top right, the problem is that I noticed the thing is getting very hot.

can anyone answer me what that is there and if and how can I fix this error?
