Is the sound card compatible with the PS4?

I bought a sound card (T'nB ADAUSB51), unfortunately it doesn't work on the Ps4, so I took a little look around Amazon and found a sound card, unfortunately I don't know if it is compatible with the ps4 or not help you.

If this is not compatible, could you recommend a cheap sound card to me?

I have my doubts that such peripheral devices work on consoles at all. They have no plug and play.
