Hello, I've been using the ShareFactory program for the Playstation 4 (PS4) for many years. Recently I couldn't find this program on my ps4. I even looked at the storage location and the library. Apparently I didn't download it. But then I get an error message that it is already installed. There are 2 matching pictures attached. What should I do so that I have it back on my ps4?
