My son installed Fortnite on PS4 in Season 5 and unfortunately did not create an Epic Games account. Since then he has only played with the guest account that Epic Games created for him. Can he now convert this into a real account without losing his progress? He's bought some V-Bucks and that would be very annoying if everything were gone.
Unfortunately our PS4 installs the latest update from March 24th. Not. The file is loaded but not installed. Now my son is on the edge of nerves that he may have to reinstall the game and everything is gone in his locker.

I don't think that is possible. He could try signing in to the Ps account with a new Fortnite account. Then it could work. Can't say that for sure. The risk remains
