Since Elgato HD60s blurred image on the PS4?

Since I have an Elgato HD60s my picture is pretty blurry, no matter if I opened OBS or something else! I have the Elgato connected to my Ps4, which is an older model but it should not lie in principle. When I connect my PS4 normally with my monitor, it also works without a lane! Can someone help me?

AMD RYZEN 5 1600 CPU

GTX Nvidia 1070 graphics card

Adjust video setting in the Elgato software or switch a splitter between PS4 and Elgato and split directly to TV.
