Why is my Internet so weak on the Ps4 despite the 1000 line?

Connected via Ethernet / Lan cable? How far is the PS4 from the router if not? Do you really have a 1k line (fiber optic) or do you still have copper?

It is connected via Wi-Fi
Router from Vodafone so the new one is about 5m away through the walls
