What to do if FIFA 20 is always on the PC and everything changes?

Hi? I have the problem with fifa 20 that when I go to the menu or in general that everything "changes" all the time, that is like when someone with a controller presses the stick down all the time that it changes to something else all the time. This is the case with the PS4 controller and the keyboard. (It is not due to the controller, I always connected the same problem)

PS: The problem only occurs at FIFA, not e.g. In Minecraft

When you are at the controller you have to move the mouse pointer away, preferably to the top left. So nothing else was always selected for me.
