Ps4 games: Always German available?

I have a question:
Is the system language always automatically downloaded on the PlayStation 4 when I install a game?
In other words, if I buy a game in Italy that is also available in German, can I play it in my native language?
My question explicitly refers to Metro Redux, Metro Exodus, Wolfenstein new order + new blood and Wolfenstein new Colossus.

I think so, because you can always change the language in the settings.
