My ps4 loads everything too slowly e.g. When I start a game loads it min 5 minutes and ingame in Fifa 21 e.g. Loads it to start any mode 20-30 sec. If I want to turn off the ps4 or close the game it takes 2-3 min. What can i do

Reload the firmware. Save important scores beforehand.
Perhaps the hard drive is also draining slowly.
Yesterday it wasn't like that I did it 3 times or so a month that it is suddenly so slow last time it worked with the database rebuild but not this time
Does it download updates in the background if necessary?
