The last time I played Star Wars was a month ago. But then I had to delete it, now I want to play it again and have downloaded it and yes it is the newest version! But apparently the game itself has to download something, so there's still a download in the game but when I start to download it my game gives this error message!:
Below is: "Close the application and remove the disc".
AND THE CD IS SAUNER NOT EVEN TRACKS OF * "SOMETHING" *!
But before downloading the latest version I was able to open the game and even play a short round but offline.
Now I'm sitting here and I don't know anything. Can't even be in the game menu for a minute to download the data!
The cd is either dirty or damaged (it is also there) Try to clean it if it doesn't work then your drive is broken.
I once had that on my wii console
Either drive broken or CD damaged / dirty, as it says. I had it with my old PS4 too.
So I can push other games in and they run perfectly, see CoD MW, Rainbow six siege Us.w so it can't be because of the CD.
And as I said before I got the latest update, I normally play offline!

You mean, so it can't be the drive? (Not CD)
There may still be some damage to the disc, even if you can't see it with the naked eye.
IF IT'S THE DISC, TRY LIGHTLY WASHING IT WITH A WIPE TO GET SOME DIRT OFF, IF IT STILL DOESN'T WORK, THEN MAYBE TRY TO REBOOT YOUR PS4, I HAD THE SAME THING AND THAT WORKED FOR ME.
