I'm really no novice what the Playstation is concerned and not awkward when it comes to store purchases, but with the stupid design of the store of the Playstation I do not realize. I'm just looking for avatars and background designs but can't find a rider or anything like that anywhere. Googling did not help either. Can someone tell me where to find it? I'm really overwhelmed.
