Can I get these worlds back?

So I play Minecraft on the Ps4 and before the Bedrock update I had many worlds. Now my problem is that I no longer have any worlds on the same account. Does anyone know how I can get these worlds back?

If you have ps plus and saved it in online storage yes

How does it work? So I have PS Plus but don't know what you mean

So if you go to the ps plus symbol in the corner on the left and you look at your account on the right, you can look at your subscription and manage your online storage
