I have recently leveled up on my 2nd Ps4 account and got into it. Since I have always played as a DPS, I had the "responsibility" to do many kills and a lot of damage. But in the end I was not tweezed as desired.

Now, I want to switch to PC, and be a healer. Where should icj out there (except in healing) better than others?
You should get as many assists as possible.
You should not compete with the medals, as they omit many important aspects. The simplest example would be that a Reinhardt with Gold dmg usually makes less sense than one with Bronce. Even as a DPS, it is not always your goal to have gold dmg. A good Sombra will almost always do less damage than a good Soldier, but Sombra is often more useful than Soldier.
Play the game the way you think you are leading the game to victory and forget the medals.
