Couple ask to overwatch?

As already written above, I have a few questions about Overwatch. Would be nice for a few tips.

Before I ask the questions, I only play the ps4 version, because I can't handle mouse and keyboard play very well on shooter games.

I have been overwatch for 1 month and I do not understand a few things yet.

there are these loot boxes and from this you can draw everything possible now to my question: there are indeed various skins that are not for sale, for example, and have come out only on Helloween. Now I've just heard that you can only get the skins on Halloween if you pull a box. Is that correct? If not, how else can you get these skins?

to my next question soon is Halloween and there are sure to come out new skins synonymous how do you get the then? Do you have to do tasks and then get them, or have to box in luck again?

What would be nice if someone could give me a few tips for Ana, Widowmaker, Diva and Mercy (not now aiming!)

Question: Ana is difficult to play, should position herself similarly high and go off main route like Widow. Otherwise no beginner character. I play almost only support and it is the hardest in my eyes. Widowmaker is just for people with a lot of Aim, your main goal is Phara in the opponent team or Torbs gun, or Bob or other DPS / tanks. D.Va is completely simple, you can't do much wrong (regenerate shield, shoot down missiles, place Ult higher…) Mercy is Main Healer, shot power is pretty low, you need Battle Mercy, Heal variety and Power Up depending on the situation…

Yes, some you get only by Lootboxen and some festive skins you get in the shop at each character.

What do you need for tips? How to better manage Ana, Widow, D.Va and Mercy? If so, you have to be careful with Ana as much as possible to always have a look at every Teammate, just like Mercy, both are healers.

Ana's Ulti should be given to the strongest teammate.

To Mercy there's not much to say, just always keep track of all teammates and eg Characters like Reaper or Roadhog boost, because the high damage.

At Widow, you can be careful to place your traps well, eg next to a wall where you do not have that much view, but close to this wall you'll notice your opponent in time. Also in close combat, the trap can be useful to additionally weaken the opponent.

D.Va should always stay close to the team as she alone can't do much damage. She should stand in front of the team to protect the team from too much damage. D.Va as the only tank does not bring much, rather Reinhardt should be there or another tank.

Basically: You can get corresponding skins only during the event of the type (and during the archive event).

For that you can get them 1. Randomly in a box or 2. Buy with coins that you can get out of boxes the entire year. After a year, event skins only cost a third of their price to release.

Ana: You are Supp, so keep your people alive. Occasionally throw the grenades at opposing DPS, the heal deny is very strong
Widow: You just have to aim well and reposition yourself regularly
D.Va: You're just a huge distraction and need a good pull-out game. Your defense matrix can block almost anything (including many utlis), so use it well if someone yells "ITS HIGH NOON" or something Russian
Mercy: Fly around wildly and do not die

There are always events and during the time you will also get boxes that fit the event. Non-purchasable skins are only for sale if the event is. Believe in a yearly event (name I do not know grad) you can buy all skins.
Halloween there's a "new" game mode. Otherwise, normally by level a Lootkiste which is then automatically a Halloween box. All boxes during the event are automatically Halloween boxes.
D.Va play aggressively, with Widow fly around a lot (no idea what the button on PS4 is).

Answers to the Lootboxen u Skins you already have. Ana is in my opinion the most individual Healer, as she herself does a lot of damage, both at a distance and close range with the grenade. Otherwise, had to see if you Dva fun because you are very often ausm Mech thrown. And: let Widow fingers first
