I want to sell my PS4 but I still have my friend's profile on my PS4, he also has his profile on his. To sell the PS4, I have to delete everything and so if I delete the profile on the PS4 it is on his PS4 deleted too?

No, the deletion of an account only affects the console on which it is deleted.

It is important that your friend has specified his account as the main account on his console.

You should definitely delete everything, i.e. Initialize ps4.
