Magenta TV problem Samsung TVs?

If the magenta TV Box is connected to our Samsung smart TV, it starts normally, and after the city screen is gone, the TV shows no signal.

We already had the same problem with the playstation 4, the television does not recognize it either.

On another TV, PS4 and magenta work great.
