Where Can I Buy Silent Hill?

I wanted to play the game Silent Hill PT or PT only for a while because it was supposed to be one of the best horror games ever made, but now I have no idea where to buy it, I've figured somewhere that it should be ps4 exclusive, though I have not found it in PS Store, I have also seen that the demo versions are traded at over 1000 euro, but I could not find more, I would like to know where I can buy it and why I find nothing about it

You can't buy the game because it never appeared. There's a demo but then the development was stopped.

The demo is therefore so high that you can't download it anymore.
