Voice Chat Dayz Ps4?

When I'm in a Ps4 party with friends, I can't hear the Ingame people at Dayz talking to me, it's probably because I'm in a party, is it possible to hear both chats? Because otherwise you could never play Dayz with friends in a party, because you can't understand foreign ingame. LG
