Suitable PC for (ets2) Euro truck simulator 2?

Also I would like to know what I can play ets2 (Euro truck simulator 2) on. Because according to yt there's ets2 for consoles which I can't find anything for… Trz I wanted a PC for a long time and I need a cheap but good one is difficult but it must be somewhere so the pc should definitely be designed for gaming, especially for things like ets2 or minecraft. Btw am not a PC professional so I need a little more explanation 😂 I would just like a good PC for ets2 and minecraft for servers etc., plus a steering wheel for ets2. Does anyone know how expensive it will be? As I said, I know 0 from only nh ps4, since the PC can have more power, more games, etc. I would like one but have hardly any money so cheap / good and suitable for ets2 / mc + steering wheel for ets2) how expensive it is that ca?

Because according to yt there's already ets2 for consoles which unfortunately I can't find anything for

Not that I know of!

ETS2 benefits a lot from the single-core performance of a processor and even my old i7 6700k is not much weaker than a Ryzen 5 3600, but even my i7 sometimes comes into a certain problem area in Truckers MP Multiplayer. Therefore, I would really not start less with the processor than with a Ryzen 5 3600.

And now you mention a low budget, you really wonder what should be left for the graphics card! A 1050ti could be enough. For multiplayer, I don't recommend an AMD graphics card like an RX 570 for good reason. Because Shadowplay is really helpful if you want to report a player, because Shadowplay allows you to record e.g. 5 minutes after something happened.

It's getting difficult with the steering wheel, I once played ETS2 with a cheap steering wheel and it's really no fun. I would use a rather expensive G29 from Logitech, either with Logitech's own H gearshift or a more expensive one from Thrustmaster.

In short, quite expensive and complicated, maybe ets2 comes for ps5? I hope: / because I think I won't have that much money in the next 5 years: /

Co

I doubt ETS will ever make it to a console. Most importantly, there will be no multiplayer support on the console. Multiplayer is just a mod by players for players.

ge

Oh that ne mod? Even more complicated - do I really want to reach $ 1400 for all the equipment?

Co

You mean € Yes that should be enough. I think as a whole team you also value monitor, mouse, keyboard?

Incidentally, the H-shift for the steering wheel is really optional. You can also drive wonderfully with automatic. I just like to switch.

The requirements for ETS2 are actually significantly lower. But in single player mods can quickly make it unplayable and in multiplayer it becomes really absurd what performance is required, especially in zones that are a bit busier. Especially since not all cores of the processor are used. When I drive the Duisburg-Calais route or stay in the cities, I struggle to reach 30 FPS, even though I have the i7 6700k and an RTX 2080ti. The graphics card is bored in this game.

You often see other players in these areas who obviously have problems there, because their truck often suddenly stops or becomes significantly slower because the FPS collapse. This is also the reason why I recommend a Ryzen 5 3600 and not go below it.

Hm okay so the keyboard and mouse do not have to blink now and it should work now, but one more question (by the way, thanks for all the help!) I already have a PC but it is really not good and I wanted to ask if you can use any PC can replace such components? Now, turning an old and bad PC into a very good one, does that work?

Co

What kind of PC do you have? So what hardware?

Since you already have one, you don't really need a new monitor, keyboard and mouse?

ge

Monitor is quite small but I have a keyboard and mouse as well, I'm really sorry but I hardly know where exactly do I recognize the hardware of my PC? : /

Co

As the easiest option, I recommend the "Speccy" program, which will list everything for you.

ge

Does it list information from the PC?

Co

Yes, exactly, the processor, graphics card and possibly the mainboard are important. As well as the total amount of memory.

ge

I'll check it later, unfortunately my room is full of those PC. If I can look for it, I'll let you know!
